How our story began

Event planning should be smooth, but in reality, spreadsheets, manual charts, and scattered tools make it stressful. Victor Juul, formerly Head of Sales at Cirkusbygningen in Copenhagen, felt this pain firsthand. Together with Bjørn, a talented software engineer, they realized there had to be a better way.

Out of that frustration, Eventscript was born — a platform built by event professionals, for event professionals. From seating plans to guest management, vendor coordination to live updates, Eventscript brings teams together, simplifies workflows, and makes every event easier to run.

Early adoption in Copenhagen showed the industry was ready for something smarter. Today, we’re a small, passionate team, constantly innovating, learning from our users, and shaping the future of events — one seamless experience at a time.
